Schnaps made with IPA: The Spirit of IPA – Five O´Clock Edition

We only produced a small batch (100 bottles!) of this Bierbrand. It´s made of our Five O´Clock Earl Grey IPA (winner of the Austrian Beer Challenge 2016+2017).

Due to the smooth distilling in a well-known factory in Austria you can smell and taste the nice bergamot aroma of the Earl Grey tea – perfectly balanced by malty and grainy notes.

If you want to compare the beer and the Schnaps we recommend to start with our Earl Grey IPA first and then enjoy the Schnaps – you will easily find the same flavours!
