Five O’Clock – Earl Grey IPA
This brew was inspired by British culture.
Earl grey tea and IPA both have a history in being transported overseas. When goods like bergamotte oil and black tea were accidentially mixed together while shipping, Earl Grey Tea was made for the first time. We united Earl Grey and IPA to form a modern beer for open-minded people who can imagine the brilliance of bergamot combined
with orange and spicy hop aroma. The beer finishes dry with combined bitterness from hops and tea.
So now it’s tea time. Time for Five O’Clock.
