For the fourth time we brewed a collaboration NEIPA with our Carinthian friends from Loncium,
which once again has been a fantastic success!
The result: a full-bodied, juicy New England Double IPA with 7.1% vol.
This time, BRU-1, Citra and Mosaic served as aroma hops, and the result is truly impressive.
Our Time 2 Hop glows cloudy golden yellow and captivates with its beautiful ever lasting head .
The smell and taste show intense notes of pineapple and citrus fruits.
In addition, a wonderfully creamy mouthfeel and the full-bodied finish ensure an all-round perfect drinking experience.
With DDH (Double Dry Hopping) we have combined the tropical aromas in this beer and created a well-balanced, yet powerful NEDIPA:
