November 2020 the time has come, Next Level Brewing is already celebrating its 5th anniversary and we have brewed a particularly strong beer for this special occasion. A double IPA that will hopefully make the second lockdown a little more bearable for you.
Our Crazy Sultan Double IPA combines the old and the new IPA world and is characterized by the modern hop variety Sultana, which brings the most intense notes of ripe pineapple and tropical fruit. Double dry hopping with Sultana, Citra and Mosaic brings a unique fruity taste and in combination with the new Lallemand Verdant IPA yeast also aromas of stone fruits such as peach. Well aged without massive cloudiness, the beer is incredibly drinkable despite the high alcohol content of 7.6% vol. With a pleasant full-bodiedness, you will see a dangerous combination!
