Next Level Brewing’s new Milk Stout is brewed with fresh milk from breastfeeding mothers!
For this unique Milk Stout we skip the lactose for adding some natural mother’s milk. Thereby the beer gets rich, creamy and a silky texture as soft as a baby’s bottom. The additional sweetness rounds up the roasty bitterness for a great finish.
“Lots of my friends got babies now, so there wasn’t an issue getting enough high quality milk for this project.” tells Johannes Grohs, CEO of Next Level Brewing.
“We are multiple winners of the Creative Beer Category at the Austrian Beer Challenge and as we discussed that great idea of a milf stout at 3 o’clock in the morning, we needed to get it done” says Next Level Brewing Co-Founder Alexander Beinhauer and he adds: “It’s a pity that dark beerstyles are not that popular in Austria but we are sure to make them shine bright by adding some high quality naturals ingredients.”
