Tropical Passion – Passion Fruit Ale

For this summerseasonal we pimped up a classic wheat ale with real passionfruit and let them ferment together. The passionfruit adds a crisp sourness while the australian Vic Secret hops is pushing the tropical aroma to the max. A moderate bitterness and the dry finish make that beer your all-day-sipper on sunny days!
Because of the wheat content and the useage of wheatbeer yeast it’s technically a Wheat Ale, but tasting more like a fruity Pale Ale.
